We've decorated, carved pumpkins into works of art, walked the neighbourhood twice over and successfully led our kiddies off to slumber after they have been fed a belly full of sugared adrenalin. As fun-filled as Halloween is, it is one long night and after all that we have put into it, there is absolutely no reason we shouldn't end the night with a little treat of our own!

Pumpkin Spice
2 oz. SKYY Infusions Ginger
0.5 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Pumpkin Puree
Slice of Fresh Ginger
Combine all ingredients except ginger slice in a cocktail shaker with loads of ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass. Add slice of ginger for garnish.
