Hi - I saw this post listed on North of 25A and I just had to come and see what you posted. When I was about 12 or 13, my mother took me to see "The Yellow Rolls Royce" - it was a film about the owners of this car and one was Shirley MacLaine and how she went to Italy and there she met Alain Delon. Well, as young as I was - I fell completely head over heels immediately. I didn't really know what sexy was back then - but that was when I first felt the effects of a very sexy man. I always had a crush on him. I heard that he was in trouble with the police (I think possibly a murder charge). But - back in the 90s, I saw the original "Talented Mr. Ripley" - it had a different name though. Anyway - I had to go to see this movie because I was still infatuated with him...after so many years.
