It is 30 degrees Celsius outside my front door at this very moment and it isn't even noon yet (86 degrees Farenheit for our American friends). Here in Southern Ontario we also measure the temperature with a Humidex reading (it tends to be a little humid in these parts!) making it feel like closer to 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Farenheit) and it has been this way for the last 4 days.
What is with all the temperature babble??

I am trying to justify why I need a pool, right here and right now. Since there is no chance of a construction crew showing up at my house and getting their job done by the early afternoon, I have to improvise.
Anyone care to join me in a dip??

Pool #2 is exactly my cup of tea. We'll get the paddling pool out for little L tomorrow. As for me, I'll dream on...
Oh yes yes! Can we please take a dip? I would love to be floating around on that pink float right now!
Happy Thursday, love! XOXO
I started drooling at those pictures of pools! It's so warm here too.
Hey girl I'm also running a giveaway at my blog. Give it a look if you get a chance! =) Thanks!

Yes please. I could fall into any one of those pools right now - instead I've been sharing the paddling pool with my Ruby today!!
since beggars cannot be choosers I will take any of the above!
The Captain and I are contemplating a Canadian vacation....we are doing the research....I would love to see this all for myself!
Love the little hat in the pool...so bumpkin it ain't even funny!
It's ober 30 here in BC and I am keeping the drapes closed and sipping homemade lemonade...
Later this afternoon, I plan to go outside and hand water some plants.
I will be wearing shorts and barefeet so I can get wet too! (no pool here)
I am dying for a home like these! I don't think I'd ever have to go on vacation.

Beautiful images ... right now I would settle for a portable pool, even a turtle pool from Canadian tire ..lol ... good news is that this heat craze is suppose to break tonight... HHL
So many delicious possibilities. I'm a sucker for pools and grounds with a mid century feel. Stay cool, Miss Lily!
A very cooling post, great for the heat wave in my neck of the woods!
These all look so inviting! It's been God-awful hot and humid here as well. When going to the pool, we just sit in the water, because it's too hot to sun bathe. Can't wait for a reprieve!
jumping in the lake has been my favorite thing this summer!
I hear from my adult children in the Pacific Northwest that it's super hot for them as well. We know what that heat-index (humidex) is all about. Today it is suppose to feel like 106F. I'm not complaining as we are most fortunate to have a pool and I count my blessings each day. If I'm not in it, it's just gorgeous to look at. My favorite photo is the last one. I'll meet you right there for some pink lemonade! Have a good week my dear xx
I gave you a blog award
Ahhhh, so refreshing. Gotta say I do love the bottom pic. So LA. :) xoxo
