Some very unpleasant news lately about the lovely Sandra Bullock and her husband. I usually don't pay too much attention to that sort of thing but I couldn't help thinking of Ms. Bullock this week.
Seems her face keeps popping up everywhere and since I hate to associate her name with anything other than that beautiful smile, I thought I would share some images from the Harper's Bazaar shoot she did last year.

Thanks for sharing. I feel so sad for her. Some people can be so unkind. She will forever look back on praising her husband, the night she won her big award, as an embarrassment. I'm sure she'll get through it with much grace and dignity though.
Gorgeous! So sad, as I just heard Barbara Walters talking about her interview with Sandra last year: she just beamed talking of Jesse. She waited until she was 40 to marry him and said that no matter what goes on during the day, she is so happy to have a home (a.k.a. Jesse) to go to each night....
Poor kid,I hope her husband's stupid behavior doesn't tarnish her Oscar win. Thank you for the delightful images.
These photos are wonderful. Such sad news for Sandra, i hope she stays strong, she's a lovely woman. x
Wonderful pictures! The kind of woman I'd like to see much more often in magazines. Or on catwalks. Absolutely fabulous!
I feel just AWFUL for her...she is beautiful, funny, and seemingly so kind.
Hope it all ends well.
Beautiful pics! Such a shame that this news has come out about her husband. I have yet to see "The Blind Side," but I've heard it's wonderful.
These are gorgeous pictures of a beautiful lady. My heart goes out to her, hope she stands tall and stays strong.
xoxo
I'm often told I resemble this fine lady, and I simply adore every second of it.
She has truly kept her feet on the ground amid her fame, and I hope she recovers from the news well.
I adore the first image, although the one in the red dress is stunning. If only I had her hair! Real shame about the news, and like James said, I so hope it did not tarnish her win.
Fabulous post. Merci beaucoup for focusing on the postives.
